THE MASTERPLAN
A key component of the masterplan design is to create an extension of the existing neighbourhood that compliments the sensitive natural environment of the peninsula and its surrounding habitat.
It was recognised at the outset that the density of the development should be limited in order to ensure that the integrity of the peninsula's character is retained while providing residents andvisitors with an extraordinary series of spaces.
